Orders and their payment received Monday - Friday by 16:00 are shipped on the same day and usually delivered the next day (currently 99% of shipments are delivered the next day). Shipping costs
In addition to the prices quoted, we charge a flat rate of €3.50 gross for delivery within Germany. From an order value of 40.00 euros we deliver free of charge throughout Germany.
For orders of 2 or more products, the shipping costs are reduced according to our quantity discount.

If you are dissatisfied with the delivered goods or the size does not fit, you can of course make use of your right of withdrawal and return the goods to us. Of course, you can also return only part of your order. You can do this within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Please note that the returned goods must meet the following criteria.
- The goods are new, unused and undamaged
- The item is in the original packaging
- Enclose the return slip (printout on the website) with the shipment
- Within the 14-day return period

I am the face and the idea behind WolfProtect. I have been involved with Apple and its products for almost 20 years. I've been on board since the iBook G4. The journey continues with the iPod 4.
