If you are dissatisfied with the delivered goods or the size does not fit, you can of course make use of your right of withdrawal and return the goods to us. Of course, you can also return only part of your order. You can do this within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Please note that the returned goods must meet the following criteria.
- The goods are new, unused and undamaged
- The item is in the original packaging
- Enclose the return slip (printout on the website) with the shipment
- Within the 14-day return period
Please note that you as the customer bear the costs of the return shipment.
