Shipping within Germany
Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery within Germany usually takes place within 1-4 working days after conclusion of the contract, or, in the case of agreed prepayment, after receipt of payment.
Please note that there is no shipping or delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. This email will also contain a link to DHL's shipment tracking system.
The above-mentioned delivery times do not apply to orders containing items that are on backorder or in transit, unless partial delivery was selected at checkout. In this case, the entire order will be shipped as soon as all items are available. The item with the latest shipping date will be the determining factor.

Shipping costs
For deliveries within Germany, we charge a flat shipping fee in addition to the prices shown. 4,99 € gross.
From an order value of 50,00 € We deliver free of charge throughout Germany.*
*Note regarding partial cancellation: Should a partial cancellation cause the order value to subsequently fall below the threshold for free shipping, we reserve the right to claim the corresponding shipping costs, provided that we informed you of their amount in advance or that they were easily calculable.

We deliver to the following European countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
Delivery times
Once payment is received, we will process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Delivery usually takes 4-8 business days.
Please note that there may be seasonal peaks and therefore delays, especially during the pre-Christmas period.

If an item is unavailable or is on pre-sale or in transit, the entire order will only be shipped once all items are available, unless partial delivery was selected at checkout.
