Dispatch Germany:
Shipping times
Orders and their payment received Monday - Friday by 16:00 are shipped on the same day and usually delivered the next day (currently 99% of shipments are delivered the next day). However, there may be seasonal peaks, especially in the run-up to Christmas. We will do everything we can to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. We promise. If an item is not available, the entire order will not be delivered until all items are available.
Shipping costs
In addition to the prices quoted, we charge a flat rate of €3.50 gross for delivery within Germany. From an order value of 40.00 euros we deliver free of charge throughout Germany.
For orders of 2 or more products, the shipping costs are reduced according to our quantity discount.

In addition to the prices quoted, we charge a flat rate of €5.60 gross for delivery within the EU*. From an order value of 60,00 Euro we deliver free of charge.
